Preamble
This privacy policy meets the requirements of Law L/2016/037/AN of 28 July 2016 on cybersecurity and the protection of personal data in the Republic of Guinea.
It guarantees transparency in the operation of the site by explaining to users what information is required of them, why, and how they can exercise their rights in the event of a breach.
Mindful of protecting your privacy and in accordance with the regulations in force, we undertake to collect and process your data with full transparency, security, and confidentiality, in particular under the conditions set out below.

This policy is updated annually, or in response to an event, to reflect strategic and regulatory developments.
10. Final approval
The authority approving this policy is the Board of Directors.
